For Her

How can I say what i feel
How can I describe that which to me still seems so unreal
Oh how fast she caught my eye
And I could not look away
All the feelings she evokes
I simply can't convey
She called out for my attention
Though she never spoke a word
But even still I could understand it
A siren song more felt than heard
I love to watch her piercing eyes
So blue as the purest ice
Yet they are so warm and calming
And hold a fire that burns so nice
When she starts to smile
I can't help but sit and watch for a while
It shines out through the dark
And is just so gentle and warm
I just can't help but smile with her
It brings me peace in the darkest storm
A body worthy of a goddess
And eyes so deep and bright
A heart forged of the purest gold
And a voice that makes everything right
A thousand words would never suffice
To describe her in a meaningful way
But that doesn't matter if you really know her
Because you'll see her beauty anyway
